岡⽥ 隼 Jun Okada

1986年1⽉⽣まれ。2005年より和⾷料理⼈としてのキャリアをスタート。
千葉県野⽥市の料亭で6年間修⾏した後、都内の料亭やホテルで研鑽を積む。
28歳で東京・渋⾕の料亭「三⻑」の料理⻑に就任。講師経験も豊富で⼤使館や
NHK⽂化センターなどでの講習会も数多く⾏う。

Born in January 1986, started his career as a Japanese chef in 2005.
After training for six years at a ryotei restaurant in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, he studied at ryotei restaurants and hotels in Tokyo.
He became head chef at Ryotei Sancho in Shibuya, Tokyo, at the age of just 28.
He is also an experienced lecturer and has held numerous workshops at embassies and NHK cultural centre.
